Today we were going to go boating on the river at Barrhead but unfortunately the rains came and ruined our plans so instead we headed to west Edmonton mall. OH MY God! It was a dream! In the mall they have a water park, rollarcoasters, an ice rink, motel and of course shops.
Us girls had a great time browsing the shops whilst the boys went souvenir shopping for the ladies back home. After some much needed retail therapy mark, tim, Emma and myself decided to give ice skating a try. Well... Tim seemed to be in his element. He was flying around the rink and looking like a born natural. It was Mark and Emma's first time skating in any form and i would say they did a great job. But it was my first time ice skating as I have rollerbladed before so it helped a little... Ice skating is so much fun! Especially when we are not our butts on the ice!
After some laughs on the ice we were taken to the old spaghetti factory for supper. The feed was fantastic, thank you to the rotary club of Barrhead for taking us out for a great day!
